How payment is presented
For clarity and professional procurement, our term is stated as: “Inventory is allocated and the order is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.” Any product, freight, or handling amounts are shown on the applicable quote or invoice before payment.
Delivery & pickup
When the order is ready in Chester, we send a warehouse-ready notice. Customers may arrange their own freight pickup or request a delivery quote. Delivery is calculated separately based on destination and shipment weight and is invoiced after approval.
