How to Grow:
Days to germination:14-21 days at 55-60°F
Grow Bupleurum rotundifolium 'Griffithii' in moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Sow seed in spring or fall– plants will grow much taller from an autumn sowing. Provide support in more exposed gardens.
In mild areas seeds can be sown directly into the garden in fall. Everywhere else direct seed into the garden 6 weeks before last frost.
Harvest:
Bupleurum flowers as soon as the flowerheads start to show colour. If you want to dry the flowers, wait until they open completely and then hang them up to dry. Sow directly in the spot where you want them to stand.
