INTRODUCTION

This page (together with any documents referred to, within it) tells you the Terms & Conditions on which we supply any of the products (Products) listed on our website – letitgrowflowers.net (our site) to you. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

PRIVACY & SECURITY:

We care about your privacy and are invested in keeping it private. Your personal information is used solely by  Tobio Seeds & Plants LLC.( Owners of website : lettitgrowflower.net ) is used only to process your order.  We will never share, rent, or sell any of your information for any reason. By creating a customer account or placing an order with us, you will be placed on our mailing list for newsletters .

Due to our payment processing, we never see or store any credit card information.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

We process orders in the order received. We will never substitute another product for an out-of-stock item without your consent. Unless special arrangements are made we generally ship via USPS regular or priority mail depending on the size and weight of your package. You will receive emails from us both to confirm that your order was received, and to alert you when we ship.  We do Not  ship Internationally because of a local Customs rules and regulations on agriculture products( seeds, plants). We can consider shipping goods on your own risk, we are not responsible for lost mail, nor customs decision on your order if destroyed . Minimum International order must be $ 100.00  and/or up.

Our goal is to ship within 1-4 days of receiving your order, but at peak season (Jan-mid Mar) longer turnarounds may occur.  Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery times.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the items, weight of the shipment, and carrier rates. You can view the shipping cost after entering your address information and selecting the shipping method in your cart before checkout. This cost is set by the carriers ( USPS)

All Pre Orders will be shipped out according to  the information on the Product, not before the estimated Shipping time frame. ( DahliaTubers) and such.

Combining orders

Once an order is placed, it is printed immediately and then put into our order packing queue. Unfortunately, because of our small team and the volume of orders we are processing in a short time, we are unable to combine separately placed orders or modify an order once it’s been placed.

Adding or removing items from an order

Because we cannot access your credit card information, we are unable to modify your order after it has been placed.

Canceling an order

If you need to cancel your entire order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. We are unable to cancel or remove individual items from your order.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.

 

PRICES

All prices for products on our web site are at current rates, no Tax added. All prices, unless stated otherwise, exclude delivery. Prices are liable to change at any time. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a product's correct price is higher than the stated price on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject the order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to supply you with the Product at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation.
