Used as a leafy green to add flavor to salads or as a garnish and as a cut flower staple, can be used either fresh or dried.A versatile bouquet filler, ready much earlier than other spring started fillers.Very fast growing annual excellent for early bunches and use as a ‘catch crop’ to utilise empty bed space. It can be ready for harvesting in as little as 2 months depending on the weather.

How to Grow:
Direct seed in early spring and late fall. Sow shallowly in a 2-4" wide band, early spring through early fall or indoors, year-round.Sow every 2 weeks for a steady supply.
Harvesting/Vase Life:Pick as soon as the seeds have formed all the way to the tip. These stems do not need any special conditioning other than resting in water, preferably overnight.
