How to grow:
Plant in the warmer season. This Non-GMO artichoke takes about 120 days to mature. It has been know to grow as tall as 50”. It requires full sun or partial shade. Direct sow 1/2” deep and 48” apart.

Globe artichokes are a good source of dietary fibre and folate; a source of biotin, niacin, vitamin C and magnesium and contain a dietary significant amount of potassium.
