Flowering Tobacco 'Grandiflora'

Nicotiana alata

One of the most fragrant Flowering Tobaccos, and a long-revered garden favorite. Abundant branching sprays of 3 in. wide white star-shaped tubular flowers cover the 3 to 5 ft. tall plants.

Blooms open in the late afternoon or early evening and fill your summer garden with sweet jasmine perfume. Blooms remain open until mid-morning the following day. Flowers attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and a variety of evening pollinators .

Plants are magnificent, a must for white or night-themed gardens. We recommend you grow Nicotiana alata 'Grandiflora' near windows where you can best appreciate the flowers as they open and enjoy their wonderful perfume.
