Bright Orange, 1 1/2" blooms on long stems.This Variety  is the best choice for cut-flower production for its stem quality, length, and uniformity. Very popular among florists and flower arrangers. 

 

These unique orange  blooms have a pompom appearance similar to a clover flower. Gomphrena is heat tolerant, making it ideal for late-summer blooming and flowering in warmer climates. This bright annual flower will add color when planted in mass within your garden beds. The more you cut, the more they  wil grow and branch out.

How to grow:

Sowing:Transplant - Sow into 72-cell flats, or preferred seedling container, 6-8 weeks before planting outside. Cover lightly with 1/8" growing media. Harden off plants and transplant out after danger of frost.Direct seeding is not recommended.

 

How to harvest:

Fresh: Harvest when flowers are in color but before fully open.

Dried: Harvest when flowers are completely open, hang to dry.

 

Vase life:

Long vase life, will last up to 7-10 days. remove all leaves before putting in a vase, change water regularly, as needed.
