Cosmos 'Fizzy White'
Cosmos bipinnatus
Early, prolific white cosmos with unique tufted centers.
Large 2 1/2–4" pure white blooms. A semidouble or double flower appearance is achieved by Fizzy White's overlapping petals and tufted centers. The petals have lovely, fine pleats and zigzag edges, reminiscent of crisply pressed and pinked linens. Ht. 40–54".

How to Grow:
Sowing:
Transplant - Sow into 50-cell plug flats, or preferred seedling container, 5-7 weeks before last frost, covering seeds lightly. Harden off and transplant outdoors after last frost.
Direct seed - Sow after last frost, once soil temperature is above 60°F (16°C), covering seeds lightly. Pinching encourages branching.
Harvesting
Harvest when Petals just opening, but not yet flattened. Deadheading is required to have blooms all summer.Flower preservative is recommended.
