Stock Column 'Apricot'

Matthiola Incana

Column stocks are traditional cut flower varieties, with each plant bearing a single, densely packed flower spike on a tall stem that is perfect for the vase.

Single-stemmed florist types have dense, showy spikes of scented, large, double flowers closely spaced on the stems.

Superb cutting variety

Culinary note: Stock flowers are edible and are usually added raw to salads or used as a garnish to desserts, giving a perfumed flavour. They can also be candied.
